Hello, friends! This is yet another one of my few journals. My sister posted a picture of my cat, Joy II, and I wanted you all to see him. If you think he's cute, please fave the picture, and help so others fave it, too! He definitely deserves it, even that's not his best pose. Link's here.

He's named Joy II because there used to be a first Joy. I think I'll post a picture of that one later. Anyway, Joy was so cute, he was like my son, really.

Call it how you want, but I loved him like a son. Thing is, he really wanted to go out that night in May 10, and I couldn't stand having him sad, so I let him out. I spent the following morning looking for him, finding him nowhere.

In the afternoon, my parents gave me the most horrid new I will never forget; Joy had been killed. I couldn't believe it, I didn't want to. I even thought it was some kind of joke. Until I saw his body in the backyard.

I'll never forget him, you know. And I'll never forget how it was my fault he died. If I hadn't let him out that last night, he'd possibly still be here.

He was such a good cat, unlike any other. He wasn't just a cat to me. Like I said, he was a son. Part of the family.

To some of you, this may sound stupid, but that's just the way it is. I've been living with cats ever before I was born. There has never been a time in my life where I wasn't around cats.

So, I grew up learning to make them part of the family, and treat them like a person, even. Like a brother, a sister, something more than just a pet. I hope you can understand how much he meant to me, and don't just say how stupid and oversensitive I am.

Anyway, I couldn't pull myself together, so my parents decided to help me ease the pain of his loss. We spent the next day looking for a cat that wouldn't replace him, but that would help me get over that loss better. We were about to give up, when accidentally, Dad found an AD of a lady selling kittens in the Penny Saver.

We went to see what kind of kittens she had, but I wasn't really convinced with any of them. When we were going to go, I decided to change my mind, and take the kitten with me. I named him Joy, or Joy II, and, well, he's my other son too.

He's so similar to the other Joy in many things, I sometimes think he's his reincarnation. Yet he's so different in others, and I think that's what makes him unique. He'll never replace the void Joy left with his passing, and the space in my heart that I had for him, but I'll make more space for this second Joy, and not by shoving the memories and the love for the other one away.

I'll just keep them both, and love them both, like always. Well, enough with this, I bet you guys are getting bored of this drama. So, anyway, like the picture guys. Now, you can carry on with your stuff.
